Many agencies separate design and development. The designer comes up with something beautiful, the developer builds it, and somewhere in that handover, what the design was meant to achieve gets lost. Visitors drop off at points that no one has thought through. Buttons that no one sees. Forms that are too long. Pages that do not explain what you need to do.
Good UX/UI design does not start with how it looks. It begins with who is using it and what they need to be able to do.

How we approach it
We start with structure. What pages does the website need, what should each page do, and how does a visitor navigate through the site? Only when that is clear do we move on to design.
We skip the wireframe phase. You prefer to see something real quickly rather than spend weeks looking at grey blocks. We build a prototype directly based on your style guide, usually starting with the homepage. This provides direction without spending months before you see anything. If the direction is correct, we design the rest: all pages, blocks, content pages, and structured content. After a few rounds of feedback and approval, we start building.
Design and development are in the same team for us. What gets designed is also technically sound. And what gets built looks good.
