You are not obliged to anything
This is a document, not an application. You can read it at your leisure, and if you want to proceed, you can sign up. We don't call you after a download.
Even if you are not yet a customer
You do not need to have a site with us. Many organisations use the document to compare with what they are currently paying, and that's perfectly fine.
